Delivery Policy

Local Delivery –
On placing the order, customer will receive a confirmation with order and shipping details Once the order is shipped with a forwarder,the consumer will receive a tracking details with a tracking number Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered in two working days.

International Delivery –
On placing the order, customer will receive a confirmation with order and shipping details Once the order is shipped with a forwarder, the consumer will receive a tracking details with a tracking number Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered with 3 to 7 working days.
ELECTRONIC products can only be shipped within UAE and Gulf Countries only.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
