My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?

Double check the following common mistakes:

Is the card you used for ATM use only?

Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank
to enable your card for online shopping.

Did you complete the 3D Secure Check successfully?</strong >

In order to avail of 3D secure authentication you must register your
credit/debit card. This is a one-time process which takes place on the
card issuer’s (bank) website. The process involves the cardholder
answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and
cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder then selects a
password and/or a secret question, which will be used by the card
issuer during each online transaction. Contact your bank if you are
facing any problems with 3D secure.

 

Were the following fields entered correctly?
  • Card number
  • Name on card
  • CVV code (three digit number on back of card)
  • Expiry date

Is there sufficient limit on your credit card?

If the above conditions are met, call your bank to check if your
credit card is eligible for online purchases or if there is any other
reason blocking it. Contact your bank if you are facing any problems
with 3D secure. Were the following fields entered correctly? Card
number Name on card CVV code (three digit number on back of card)
Expiry date

Is your card 3D Secure?

If you're using your ( credit / debit) card to pay for your order,
please note that we only accept 3D secure cards to process your
payment. You won't be able to use a non-3D secure card to pay for your
order, so that your online transactions at Namshi remain safe

Local and International Delivery?

Local Delivery -

On placing the order, customer will receive a confirmation with order
and shipping details Once the order is shipped with a forwarder, the
consumer will receive a tracking details with a tracking number

Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered in two working days

 


International Delivery -

On placing the order, customer will receive a confirmation with order and shipping details
Once the order is shipped with a forwarder, the consumer will receive a tracking details with a tracking number

Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered with 3 to 7 working days

 


I am an international customer, how do I return an item?
  • We’re proud to offer a hassle-free returns policy! If you’re not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • Just make sure that the items you want to return are in their original condition with the tag still attached.
  • Fill out the returns note we added to your parcel and post it back to us using any postal service, you can also download it from here
  • You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, so make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties.
  • Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it
  • Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and process the refund. The amount would be refunded back to the card used for payment based on your selection while returning the items. You can check with your bank after this time.

Shipping and Charges?

Shipping fee for the UAE -

On orders above AED 200, the delivery is free and in case the order
amounts under that then a small fee of AED 15 will be charged for
delivery across the UAE

Shipping fee in the GCC -

A small fee of AED 25 will be charged on all orders across the GCC

Shipping fee across the Globe apart from GCC and UAE -

A small fee of AED 35 will be charged on all orders placed by
international customers

Cash on Delivery -

As of now we have COD for customers based out of the UAE for orders
above AED 150, incase the order is below AED 150 then a small
convenient fee of AED 15 will be charged on orders i.e AED 15 for
delivery and AED 15 for COD, so a total feel of AED 30.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  • All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

Payment and Refund?

  • We accept all major cards for payments and also offer a cash on delivery in the UAE
  • Incase if the product does not fit and is unused, the user can exchange within 5 days in the UAE and two weeks for international customers, however the international customers will have to ship the product on their own
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
